Spindle Professional 2012 includes a number of new features. PDF Digital Signatures enable customers to remain compliant, protect documents against fraud and speed up business processes. Customers have been asking for, and we now include, a built-in HTML editor which allows professional looking emails to be created quickly and easily. With the new multi-tray collation feature, customers have complete flexibility over how documents are produced. Multi-part stationery can be replicated by pulling paper from different trays and pages automatically collated in one operation. The 2012 version has support for content types in Microsoft SharePoint, enabling different types of documents to be filed and indexed in the same library.
