With voting now open for the Software Satisfaction Awards, Spindle Professional, the paperless office software from Draycir is all set to battle it out again in the paperless office software category.
Last year, Spindle Professional was shortlisted in the Software Satisfaction Awards – reaching the paperless office software final – after customers casted their votes for its ease of use, functionality, reliability and value for money.
The Software Satisfaction Awards are voted for by actual purchasers and end-users of business software, and are considered to be an invaluable guide for businesses looking to buy the very best software systems. Nearly 6,000 respondents took part in last year’s survey and voting for the 2009 Awards has already begun.
Shortlisted finalists will be announced on the 15 June with winners confirmed on Thursday 8 October 2009 during the Awards ceremony at The Royal Courts of Justice in London.
Richard Reaveley from Draycir, said: “Since reaching the finals of last year’s Software Satisfaction Awards we’ve made a number of enhancements to our paperless office software Spindle Professional.”
Spindle Professional is paperless office software that enables businesses to save thousands of pounds in reduced postal costs. The software links with many business applications and accountancy systems, including Sage and Microsoft to enable documents to be automatically emailed, faxed, printed and archived.
Following new enhancements, Spindle Professional works with compatible CRM systems making them more powerful and user-friendly. The software also boasts integration with Microsoft SharePoint, meaning that documents can be automatically filed and indexed to SharePoint, thus greatly enhancing Microsoft's offering and delivering huge benefits to businesses.
The Software Satisfaction Awards were established in 2006 to reward high standards from software providers serving UK businesses.
Based on the views of genuine buyers and end-users of business software applications, the Software Satisfaction Awards act as a valuable guide to any business taking the decision to purchase new software applications. Participants voting in the Awards survey are asked to rate their business software products on four key attributes: ease of use; functionality; reliability; and value for money.
The Awards ceremony will take place on Thursday 8 October 2009 at The Royal Courts of Justice in London.
