Draycir, the software developer has added a customer relationship management (CRM) interface to Spindle Professional, its award-winning document delivery software.
Using paperless office technology, Spindle Professional now automatically populates compatible CRM systems making them much more user-friendly and accessible to smaller businesses. As a result, it is now much easier for small and medium-sized businesses to solve an old age CRM problem – actually keeping their CRM systems up-to-date.
Spindle Professional has also been enhanced to work with Microsoft SharePoint enabling documents to be automatically indexed and archived into the web-based collaboration and document management platform. According to Microsoft over 100 million SharePoint licenses have been sold and it is one of the fastest growing products in the company’s history*.
By linking directly with CRM packages, including Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Sage 200 and ACT!, the new version of Spindle Professional allows businesses to automatically link all outgoing communications to an individual customer to provide a more complete and single customer view. This is done automatically and requires no manual input or transferring of information.
